Admissions & Graduation Requirements

General Requirements — All Programs

• Complete all required courses with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 (C average)
• Earn the total number of credit hours specified for your program
• Complete any required ministry practicum, internship, or capstone project
• Satisfy all financial obligations to the Academy
• Submit Graduation Application Form by the published deadline (usually 3 months prior to ceremony)
• Be in good standing — maintaining conduct consistent with the Academy’s values

Program-Specific Requirements

• Certificate: 18 credits completed — no thesis required
• Diploma: 36 credits completed — Ministry Reflection Paper required
• Bachelor’s: 120 credits completed + Senior Capstone Project or Thesis
• Master’s: 48–72 credits completed + Master’s Thesis or Comprehensive Examination

Graduation Ceremony

• Annual graduation ceremonies are held in June/July
• Participating students must register by April 30
• Remote graduates receive their diploma by mail or may attend a ceremony at a regional location where available
